Are the vegetables checked for bugs? How are the vegetables prepared?

How do I know I am receiving Kosher Meals?
Each meal and snack is delivered with the seal of the OU and Rabbi Gruber. If the seal is intact, you are assured of the Kashrus of our product.
Are the meals labeled for meat, milk and pareve?
Each meal will be clearly labeled Meat, Dairy, or Pareve.
Can I wait six hours between meat and milk on the KosherZoneChefs diet?
Our chefs have created a menu which assures that any dairy meal can be eaten at least six hours after a meat meal.
Will I be able to eat traditional meals on Shabbat?
When your personal representative takes your profile, you will be given a choice of receiving standard or traditional meals for Friday's dinner and Saturday's lunch. As long as you notify us 72 hours in advance, we can change your preference
What happens when I want to put a hold on deliveries because of holidays or fast days?
As long as you notify us 72 hours in advance you can put a hold on deliveries.
